Club Ocean Villa II Timeshare

Nice location but some units need repairs. We found that their maintenance department was responsive though.
Inside pool is a plus.

I checked in and the unit was disgusting. The toilets had sanitary strips on them and had urine and feces on the seat. The floors were dirty the oven and microwave were dirty as well. The jet in the tub were black in the inside. I had to run them 3 times with bleach tabs and a brush for my daughter to take a bath. The showers were also dirty and dish in the dishwasher from the last guest DIrty. They are renting the units out on AirBnb and other sights under the name Aubrey. When you contact the office there is no Aubrey. I had plans to stay in the Villa during the snow storm with my kids even book additional days if needed. When I asked for a partial refund the amount of $190 to be exact only the cost that I charge to clean a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Ocean City I was denied and told to only contact them through Air BNB and not to return to the office. This place is not a good place to stay. It's Nasty I have pictures to prove it.

Checked into our unit and the place was not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, we ran it twice... dishwasher broken. Notified office with no response and never fixed. Light fixture in main area was broken, also notified office. Did not fix, but put it back together and it fell apart again. Floors were disgusting 🫣. Only half the lights in kitchen worked.
This could be a very nice unit with a little maintenance and proper cleaning. Office staff doesn't seem to care.
