Just spent five nights here with my family for 4th of July. Clean grounds and Villa. We had a second story Villa with hot tub. No complaints. Outside pool was clean, chairs and surface was clean. The location of the property is bay side and a little more North on the strip, so it made for a more quiet stay. There is a Wawa, CVS and 7eleven virtually on the property.

Pretty nice except that my grandma has reported her fan loose for 10 years straight (now 11) and they haven't done anything

Great location and great amenities! Pool was perfect and quick access to the beach. Love it!
