Clerk of Circuit Court

Don’t use the free lawyer on Tuesdays. Had to go to her twice in 4 years and both times she was rude, arrogant and any questions you have she will respond as if you just asked her if the sky was blue. Not to mention this past time she messed up my paper work and now I can’t even serve my children’s father and the situation is unsafe and now they’re saying I have to WAIT for it to be reissued. God forbid if you made the courthouse wait for YOUR money or answer though right? So now her mistake will cost me another week away from my children. Thanks Mrs. Piggy.

Everyone is very polite, and will do all that they can. Is located in court house so be prepared for police operated medal detectors to enter.

Clerk's office was great in walking me through the process and getting an out of county marriage license to me.
