Blue Wave Inn

The place was in a pretty good location short walk to the board walk easy to get across the road, whenever we booked the room it showed pictures and it showed we booked under a room with a kitchen connected in the back well we get there and there is no kitchen and the pictures for the room with the kitchen vrs the one with no kitchen is two completely different rooms just same pictures. we didn’t get our room cleaned one time we were there for 4 days and we went to the bathroom and our rags had other peoples hair that wasn’t ours (it was coily and we have strsight blonde hair ) and our toilet paper roll was half used which was gross. other then those flaws the desk people were nice and the pool wasn’t bad but other people parking in you’re numbered parking space was kinda annoying and all the neighbors were super friendly. the door was kinda sketchy though the loc had a lock on the cheap door handle and one that u slide across the door. and the lights arnt very bright hard to see.

This was our first time staying at Blue Wave. My family loved it! Excellent location to walk to EVERYTHING!! Pet friendly too! We'll be back in a few months. This is our new favorite spot. Thanks again!!

No stars. We arrived at about 930pm and then about an hour later other occupants started to come back slamming their doors and fighting. We gave it a little bit until they slammed there door again and were yelling right outside our door. My kids were scarred my husband ended up calling the office personal and said we were leaving and wanted a refund as we had just booked an extra night prior to coming and said they would take care of it in the morning. They were all loud and very inconsiderate. We had to call a hotel and see if we booked something if we could come right now as it was after midnight. There were dead flies on the lamp shade, water marks on the ceiling, ac kept shutting off, our door didn’t shut the whole way. There was a spider in my daughter’s cup.
