Absolutely loved this place. It was in a perfect location, right on the boardwalk and beach, and right beside the Jolly Rogers carnival. Also loved that Dunkin Donuts was literally right across the street less than a 2 minute walk. Prices of the room are great, the rooms are great, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again on my next beach trip. Out of all the hotels that I have stayed in Ocean City, this place is by far my favorite, and they have a parking lot for guests to park in free of charge so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park. Restaurants are within walking distance.

I have stayed at the Atlantic Hotel on and off over the years since high school. I always try to book my stays here first. Was just here 2 weeks ago with my daughters for a girls get away, we had a fantastic time!! Looking to book again before the summer slips away. My stays have always been enjoyable! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, most recently Melinda and Miranda at the front desk and all the housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Will be back for sure as it’s clean, staff is amazing, location is perfect and the views from the rooftop balcony are incredible.

We stayed here last weekend and enjoyed our time. The room was clean and had a great view of the boardwalk and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk right into the bustling commotion.
A few issues we experienced did make our stay less enjoyable. First, the 2nd level roof patio exit door didn’t have a proper closer installed which meant it would slam every time someone closes it. Our room was right next to the door so all the until midnight we would have to deal with sound of the door slamming and shaking our walls when we were trying to sleep. Pretty annoying.
Second, our toilet didn’t flush the second day we were there and we told the front desk. It wasn’t resolved until later that day and we had to find other accommodations for the bathroom. They don’t have a communal one that we saw. Fortunately we were out and about but it was something to note since it was a decent amount of time between when we reported it and checked on the progress and it still wasn’t resolved.
Third, our turnover service was a bit of a miss. Only one of our beds was made out of the three days we were there. Nothing we couldn’t live with but odd still.
Fourth, the second floor, at least at the extremities where we were, does not have wifi coverage. Kids had to disconnect, although that’s not a bad thing. Would recommend installing another AP for better reach.
The hotel is one of the originals and it definitely shows. It’s quaint and lovely, the classic decor is lovely. Staff was nice and welcoming. There’s an old style elevator/lift that requires one of the staff to run, so for the most part you’ll be taking the stairs. The pool is small but our kids enjoyed swimming in it. There’s a nice little watering hole attached so you can enjoy some beverages while you swim.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Minor inconveniences didn’t spoil the experience but the door thing was pretty annoying. It was affordable and convenient with a friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
