Nice place. Moderately further up Boardwalk. Cannot beat the hospitality there. Gets busy - Because you know you get what you pay for. I apologize I didn't take pictures
P.S. Tram no longer runs. Issue last year so being Handicapped for now, it was a stretch to do the boards. Just a little bummed.

Overall a great experience. The hotel staff were always extremely pleasant, helpful, and direct. The only complaint I have is the carpets in the rooms desperately need shampooed or replaced entirely. We had 3 rooms for our group and every carpet needed deep cleaning or replacement. Now to be clear this is not on the staff, you tell the rooms were cleaned and vacuumed but the replacement is needed based on the carpets age and condition.

Breathtaking view of the beach, AC blows cold, and the rooms were very clean. Each guest has access to a shared balcony facing the boardwalk and the beach. On the balcony, there are chairs so you could eat breakfast in the sun. The pool is large and clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel is old-fashioned but my three-day long stay was very good and I would come back and book a stay again.

The location is amazing. Literally across the road is a Dunkin, though they close at 3 pm. The hotel is on the boardwalk so easy access to the beach. The parking lot is large and is actually on the property.

My only complaints were the Wi-Fi in the rooms were nonexistent and only accessible in the lobby. The elevator did not work at all, so we had to lift our heavy bags up to the third floor while checking in and checking out, which was very inconvenient. I think the elevator is one of those old-fashioned manual elevator that needed an employee to operate it.
