The Spinnaker

Your dream beach abode... although not right on beach all rooms have a balcony with a sideways ocean view, a throw away from the sandy beach, you don't have to cross a single street.
The room includes a kitchenette fully equipped with all major appliances, including a full size fridge and a stove, and utensils, so it's easy to make your own omelette or prepare your favorite drink. And for those not inclined there is a wonderful in-house "Malia's Cafe" located on the first floor of the main building.
Rooms are carpeted, as of now look freshly renovated, but there are some with the hardwood floors for those who'd prefer it more.
On top of all there are very friendly people at the reception and maintenance who did everything to make my stay pleasant.
Very happy with my already quite a few visits here.

It was such a nice experience for us. Rooms are clean, and service people are nice. There is plenty of space for free parking . Kids had fun in the pool. Two minutes from the hotel is the boardwalk. From my room you can see the ocean.
Definitely, I'm coming back

Overall stay was good. Short step to the beach. Some problems we walked in to. There was expired food in top cabinet, there was a sock under the bed with nasty smell and a shoe. Does this mean under the bed is clearly not cleaned. Does it take much to look in cabinets. Housekeeping should be done better. We had to ask to get swept and new bed linen and housekeeper didn't particularly happy with it like we' were out of her realm. Tile floor never cleaned. Cleanliness should be looked at as you're trying to recruit visitors. Please revise your housekeeping. Will decide what I will do next year. Pool area was great. Everyone enjoyed the pool..
