There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet and the entry floor of the room was dirty upon arrival. Overall I would definitely come back. Nothing extreme. Also I would choose glass dishes over plastic because the dishes were stained as well. Or I as a customer will bring paper plates with my next stay. This hotel is close to the beach and board walk and for the price. I would definitely stay here again. It was 5 of us and space was perfect. 3 adults and 2 children. They have a full fridge and a stove with oven as well a microwave. The bath tub I’m in love with. Overall a beautiful place for small family and great value.

I’ve been coming to the Spinnaker Hotel for years, and this is the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience.
The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. There was still stuff left under the bed from previous guests, which was extremely disgusting. My kids also found Goldfish crackers scattered around the room that were already there when we checked in, making it obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
We also noticed that there was a tiny bottle of dish soap in our room, but it was already half used, and the toilet paper roll was almost empty when we arrived. When we called the front desk to ask for dish soap, the employee we spoke with was very rude and basically told us it wasn’t their problem and that we needed to contact housekeeping ourselves. That’s not the level of customer service I expect, especially from a hotel we’ve been visiting for years.
I do want to recognize the woman who checked us in because she was very kind and welcoming. She was the only staff member we interacted with who made us feel valued.
What was most disappointing is that we’ve stayed here many times before and have always had a good experience. This year felt completely different. A clean room and courteous customer service are basic expectations when you’re paying to stay at a hotel. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously so future guests don’t have the same experience we did. Unfortunately, this stay has made us reconsider whether we’ll be returning in the future.

Rooms are what you would expect in an older Ocean City Hotel. They are a little dated and could be a little cleaner but overall they are just fine for resting your head at night. I like the fact that there is the kitchen. The rooms are spacious. You have decent views of ocean and bay/city. Apparently they are Under New Management and the the one thing I don't like is this hotel now rents to under 21 so we were there during senior week and it was very disappointing the amount of kids that were running around causing a ruckus. I will hope that next summer they will go back to only renting to adults and families. That was one thing that I always loved about this hotel. It was very family friendly when you didn't have to worry about loud obnoxious teenagers.
