We just stayed here and have to say we were a bit disappointed but over all happy with our stay. The photos online look much nicer then the actual rooms. Not a huge deal but a little disappointed. The bath floor tiles were cracked, which is dangerous. The fridge leaked multiple times. We did let staff know and they did what they could. Over all the place was clean, minus the disgusting dirty dishes that I'm assuming other guests put away dirty and the trash behind the couch and gross unknown on two of the doors (maybe pizza sauce or blood??) But other wise fit the price point. And fit our family nicely.
Staff was nice and friendly. Easy to talk to and get anything we needed. Loved location and ease of getting to the beach. The pool was nice too!
Towels, linens, and mattresses were clean. No bugs in sight. The kitchen and bathroom were both nice and clean.
We would stay here again.

I gave it all five stars, because it's what you'd expect in this area for the price...old and kind of run down. Good news though, you have a functional roof over your head and no bugs, so nothing to complain about. Hotel is owned by same company as Tidelands across the street, so you get access to their pools. I enjoyed my stay here.

U get what u pay for! We come to OC looking for the cheapest stay because we have no Intention on being in the room except to sleep and shower. If u want a comfy cozy room to lay around in then pay the price and go somewhere eles, because u wont enjoy the not so clean rooms, the dust built up on the ac, the dirty mini fridge or the one open outlet. The staff was great. We went to the office asked for more towels and they brought us up warm clean ones asap. The parking lot was small but fine for the one car. The location is perfect, the pools are fine for a quick dip, a little crowded and small. Ppl seemed to enjoy the pool bar on the 2 floor. It all worked fine for me and my 2 teenagers for a budget friendly trip this weekend!
