The Surf Villa Hotel has been a landmark in Ocean City since the 1920s. The hotel is conveniently located near the boardwalk and within walking distance to the amusement parks, shops, restaurants, marinas, and most of Ocean City's great attractions. One of our best features however, is that we are only 300 feet from one of the most magnificent beaches on the East Coast.
We invite you to enjoy the lovely ocean view from the rocking chairs on our front porch. Each morning we also invite you to join us in our family style lobby for coffee, tea, and conversation. We encourage a family atmosphere and welcome families, groups, and other organizations.
Each of our 25 rooms and our available apartment is unique in design, has a color TV with forty channels, and air conditioning. Our staff is available 24 hours to assist you and give you personalized attention.
You will surely enjoy staying at the Surf Villa. It is a clean and comfortable hotel which all visitors say has a personal touch.

My experience was horrible! Parking Lot in back was small! Extra parking was Blocks away! Very expensive for the quality of room. Could barely move around in shower and I'm only 5'1" 126 lbs! The Manager was rude as ever and refused me a receipt until I argued with him for 18 minutes! Would not allow my children (2 adults male and female) entrance to my room! They just wanted to change their clothes after the beach because they had a 2 1/2 hrs drive and he refused them! I will NEVER return there and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Wasn't modern at all! The Best thing about the room is a block from the beach. NEVER AGAIN!!

Heavily over priced for Country Calling festival. $1150 for 4 nights. Insane. But only place we could find close enough. The rooms were small and outdated. Very old furniture. One of the beds were held together with a bungee cord. The beds are rock hard. Was hoping to have a soft bed after being at a festival on our feet all day long but the bed actually made our bodies hurt worse. Bathroom was tiny, barely fit in the shower. Had to park 2 blocks away because the parking outback was nonexistent and had to pay $45. Would never stay here again. Forgot to take photos before I left.

We were celebrating our one year anniversary and decided this was going to be the place for our stay. Walked in the room and we're there 5 minutes before I decided this place wasn't good enough for a one night stand much less for my wife and I on our anniversary.
The room:
-the room was located outside of the building
-The door wasn't original to the frame and I
could see daylight all around the door.
-the TV was a 12" screen strapped to the wall and the straps covered part of the screen on either side. The TV didn't work either
- the bathroom was a 2'×2' closet.
-And now the piece de resistance', THE BED
Was so hard that a bed of nails would have been more comfortable.
After 5 minutes, we got a refund, left and got another room at another hotel.
