Sandpiper Dunes Condominium

We stayed here for our vacation in June. We had 2 parking spots. Entry into the condo was easy no check in We had a code. Three working elevators to use We were on the 7th floor. The condo was beautiful and clean . We had a great view of the ocean. On the 3rd day our kitchen sink was leaking a quick email was sent and they were there later that day. The building was lit well at night . The pool area was clean and nice We had pool passes and toggles to rinse off when we came back from the beach.

We stayed here recently and were extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived. The place was noticeably dirty and did not feel properly cleaned at all. Basic necessities that were clearly listed in the agreement were completely missing — no towels, no toilet paper, and no paper towels were provided.

When we went to get into bed the first night, we realized there were no sheets on it, forcing us to go out to Walmart and buy our own just to be able to sleep. To make matters worse, the bed itself broke the very first night. The next morning, we discovered blood on the comforter, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Overall, everything felt poorly maintained and like it was falling apart. The only positive thing I can say is that the view was nice, but that does not make up for the lack of cleanliness, missing essentials, and overall condition of the property.

I would not recommend staying here.

Rented a two night stay for the boardwalk rock festival. Place looked nice on the inside, great view of the ocean but then we found a bed bug on the comforter and a bed bug crawling on the wall. Called management and they refunded us but other than that, they couldn’t care less to help us try and find another place to stay. It was a nightmare trying to find a place that would take 4 of us for one night. Vacasa and sandpiper dunes = never again.
