Rideau Motor Inn

Rideau Motel Ocean City is a great hotel to stay at for a beach visit with your romantic partner or group of friends, or kids. It is right off the boardwalk and has a nice enclosed pool. The room is a nice size and the ones with a deck is even better, the AC is great. The staff is wonderful. We had a great experience. Some cons, you never know if you are staying next to a nice quiet couple, or a group of loud teenagers . It didn’t bother us at all. Another con, teenagers populate the parking lot late at night, we saw some leaning on our car. Again we were more lenient about it but some may not be. Overall, this is a great place to stay for an Ocean City Getaway.

We had an excellent stay and would recommend this place to others. The room was clean and has tile flooring, which is good when you're visiting the beach and tracking any sand. The staff were really friendly and were informative about places to eat and visit. They provide brochures and discount books for places in the area. They have hot coffee in the office and a vending machine with beverages outside of the office. There are two shops that you can get discounts at by showing your room key. There's an elevator if needed with bellhop carts for your luggage. The hotel is right on the boardwalk, approximately in the middle of the boardwalk, and is within close walking distance to the beach. The pool is nice and clean and has a small outdoor shower to wash any sand off. Pool towels are attainable at the office. The balcony has chairs and is nice to step out for fresh air. They provide an ice machine if needed and large trash cans next to the machine. Parking is free, and the WiFi works well. My family would stay here again!

My family and I stayed this past weekend. The parking was extremely easy to get in and out of. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There is an elevator to access higher floors so you are not stuck carrying stuff up stairs. You have a private walkway to the board walk. We had an ocean front room and the view was breathtaking.my husband Also appreciated the depth ofthe pool. He is 6ft tall so he doesn't get to float that much. This place has a pool that goes up to 8ft. Also the shop on the boardwalk directly underneath had some of the best iced coffee on the board walk.
