0 stars if possible - the single filthiest hotel we’ve ever stayed!
TLDR : used condoms in the pool, semen puddle alongside pool including oily sheen in water, filthy room including hairy bathroom, crusty kitchen, and stains all over bedsheets, as well as every surface being sticky. Two men watching porn in stairwell. Front desk cold and uncaring. Elevator inspection expired since last year - presumably illegal.

We booked three nights here because it was conveniently located right by the beach - we were only able to stay one night before getting a refund and finding another place. The hotel, including the lobby, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We were unable to rest on the chairs downstairs, as they were coated in crumbs and various stains; a quick look at the breakfast area revealed a similar lack of hygiene.
The elevator we used had an inspection card that expired last year!!!
The room itself was sticky on every available surface. My hand stuck to the walls & door after touching them. The bed cover was covered in stains; the bedsheets were even more stained, mostly yellow & brown - it was obvious the sheets haven’t been washed at all. There were crumbs and stains on the pull out bed as well. We had to ask for clean sheets, and they still had a dubious at best appearance. There were dirt & black hairs all over the bathroom. The kitchenette was filthy, and the utensils dirty and crusted to the drawer. My brother refused to sleep on the beds, and slept upright in the chair, noting that when he leaned his head to the wall, his hair stuck to it.
The final straw was early the next morning, when I took my little brother to the pool, where we watched as the pool cleaner finished up and opened the pool doors. The pool appeared to have an oily sheen to it, which at first made me think it had a plastic sheet on it. Closer inspection of the pool revealed two USED CONDOMS floating in the water, and SEMEN alongside the pool.
The front desk staff seemed uncaring to any of these issues. My brothers nicknamed the hotel “the goonmotel” in part due to the two men we found watching pornography in the stairwell. Do not stay at this hotel.

The only thing good about it was that it was with in walking distance to the beach and the beds were fairly comfortable. First off the staff at the front desk were not very friendly and welcoming, very cold and straight to the point. The place was filthy when you walked into the lobby and thats how the entire building was. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 2 double beds. The room was also very dirty and there was still remains of the previous guests. They only gave 2 towels for 4 people and some of them were even laying on the floor upon arrival so technically only 1 to use,they did give us more after we asked. The elevators were very slow and small and did not feel very sturdy. When I talked to the front desk person about the room being dirty and the beds not being the size I booked she told me she would tell housekeeping and offered nothing to fix the problems. For the cleanliness level and the unfriendly staff, it's way over priced.

Nice hotel overall. The pool/bar area was a vibe. I didnt realize how far it was from the boardwalk. Breakfast was disappointing. Not many options. Bagels and waffles is what you get.
