Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

Love this hotel!! It’s very clean, spacious and accommodating. When we got here we were able to check in immediately. The only reason I took off a star for service was because the woman at the check in desk asked for a card to keep on file for incidentals and charged me 100$ without telling me. It was dishonest to do to someone without fully explaining what she was truly doing. The rooms are very spacious, the living room is separate from the bedroom it has its own sofa bed. So many places to store our belongings. The are dishes, cookware and utensils in the rooms. It’s beautifully decorated. The pool area was clean, my kids had a good time. There was coffee and pastries in the lobby after 8:30am. I also had a massage by Brittany at the creative day spa located in the hotel 10/10 recommend you go to see her on your trip!!!

We stayed for Easter break.
It’s a decent hotel, but there are some big issues.

the room has a good style and design, but the function, not so much.

-During my stay, our first room had a huge sewage leakage, we moved rooms.

-The water in the shower (both rooms) was freezing cold, we had to call maintenance to fix it, took them about an hour to get here.

the next room has a bunch of ants in it (currently in that room, trying to deal with them)

When we came to the next room, we found random crumbs on our beds. It was annoying.
The wifi is also VERY awful. And by that I mean like one star wifi.

The TV’s are hard to control.

It is a good place to stay in for the minimum, but there’s a lot of improvements needed to be made.

I stayed overnight at this location and I had an amazing time! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I did receive a different room than what I reserved, but the front desk made up for it. Room was clean and the oceanfront room was phenomenal. The pool was heated and the pool bar was great for adults who wanted to step out their room at night. I went to the restaurant for breakfast which wasn't bad at all. Overall a great experience I will be back soon!!!! BTW Ms. Amanda at the front desk was exceptional she provided great customer service.
