Paradise Plaza Inn is located in a great location and has friendly staff. The hotel is definitely outdated, no AC in the hallway (90 degrees), stains on hallway carpeting, and we kept finding hair everywhere in our room. There was hair in the bed sheets, towels, shower, toilet, etc. Also, the outdoor chairs & railing had bird droppings. These things should never be overlooked when it comes to cleanliness. We didn’t even use our outdoor oceanfront balcony because of this. We did appreciate the daily cleaning service that would refresh everything and kept the floors clean from sand, but needs a deep cleaning everywhere else. If the owner made some changes this could be a 4-star hotel.

Location was good, near the boardwalk and a walkable distance from places. However, the AC in the room didn’t work at ALL (80 degrees) this should’ve been checked out by the managers from the beginning. The kitchen was slippery due to the humidity in the room, not what we paid for and extremely dangerous. Room key was awful, and told manger but maybe the battery of the door should be changed since it continued to give us issues. The hallways also don’t have AC which would’ve been good to know beforehand. The maintenance guy was great however will not be returning.

We couldn’t have asked for better!
One mishap, no one’s fault but Robin was so quick to get everything right! From the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and management all exceptional!
Love that they are pet friendly!
Rooms very clean, housekeeping was great! Location is chefs kiss 😘
We will def stay there again!
Anna was so friendly and happy!
Only con we had to pay extra for parking for our second car! Overflow lot wasn’t too far just inconvenient to have your vehicle away.
