Nock Apartments

We stayed here this very past weekend and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves!

The owners were very friendly. They have a great location (Right between 6th & 7th St) and private parking!

(There was street parking provided also and a quiet environment there which is a major plus.)

Our 2br apartment was on the 2nd level with a balcony & it was very clean, cool & spacious.

We could watch both sunrise & sunset from my balcony!

(Everything was provided for us except no washer/dryer or WIFI) 😱🫣 (We survived with our phones luckily.)

The boardwalk was 2 minutes from us. (Between 6th & 7th St.)

We will definitely be staying here whenever we’re coming down to the beach!

Our family usually goes to OCNJ every summer and my mistake of booking at OCMD accidentally turned out to be an amazing long weekend! First the staff is family- oriented , very friendly and overall genuine good people! We had a 1st floor apartment which was perfect with 4 kids and the youngest being 1 yr using a stroller was a breeze. The location was amazing you literally walk right to the boardwalk and beach . There’s a convenient store around the corner and CVS is about a 15 min walk which was great! The apartment was cute with beach-themed decor and for a 1BR it was very spacious with 2 full size beds in the bedroom and 2 couches with pull out beds, it worked out great for our family of 6 with no problems. There is no Wi-Fi but honestly it’s something I appreciated as it got the kids to really enjoy the outdoors and have an e-free weekend for great family time. The only recommendation I have is for washer/dryer! They do have clothesline to hang items which worked well but a washer/dryer nearby would be perfect. I will say it’s great they had outside showers to help control bringing sand from the beach into the apartment- it was very practical and great bonus to staying at Nock Apartments - overall I would definitely plan another trip to OCMD and staying at Nocks was a great experience for us - hope this helps others who may have had mixed feelings looking at some of the reviews I’m surprised ! We look forward to staying there again!

This was the first time I have ever stayed at Nock apartments in Ocean City, Md. I was a little because of the mixed reviews they had. My family and I stayed in apartment 17 and the apartment was clean, the location was excellent, you walk across the street and you're on the boardwalk. Saturday morning I went to make coffee and the coffee pot didn't work so I called the office the gentleman answered and told me he was at home depot and wasn't in the office to bring me a new coffee pot, so five minutes later I hear a knock at the door and it was his wife with a new coffee pot for us so we could have our morning coffee. Also, we were able to bring out boxer with us when other places wouldn't allow us too. Overall it was a great experience and we have zero complaints about the apartment. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again in our next trip to Ocean City.
