Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham Ocean City Oceanfront

I had originally booked another sister location but was notified by the manager Karen N that the 3rd party I booked from had overbooked the room but she was able to move me to this location which was wonderful! Although it wasn’t her fault Karen was very apologetic and accommodating. The staff here are lovely and kind from the front desk…Sydney to the housekeeping team. The room was very clean and smelled clean on arrival. The beds are super comfortable. All the rooms have balconies and views of the ocean. There’s free coffee in the lobby and an attached restaurant with a bar. Will definitely return to this Howard Johnson.

My wife stayed here for a long weekend over Labor Day and we’re very pleased. Situated just off 12th street, the hotel has its own designated parking garage, which was nice since everything was walkable anyway. The rooms were very clean, the staff was warm and attentive, and we appreciated the bathroom amenities (towels and toiletries well stocked). Again, the location is great as it’s on the boardwalk and oceanfront, but further from the louder section of the inlet. Would definitely recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful time here! First class service Front Desk to Room Service! The Staff are very Professional, you don’t see that much anymore! We had our Pups Ginger and Carly with us also and they also enjoyed the hospitality and how nice they were treated by the Front Desk Staff! Thank you for the great memories! You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here! We recommend it!
