Oceanfront 2 queen, room 505 was spectacular! View of the bay and ocean since it’s one of the end units. Clean rooms. Comfy pillows and beds. Recently remodeled so carpet and bathrooms are modern. Nice beach feel with the turquoise wall and white. Big mirror lit from behind and a close up mirror on hinge provided in bathroom. Full size mirror also in room. Staff very attentive.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She embodied the best qualities of customer service - being extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely oriented towards ensuring guest satisfaction. Her professionalism and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression of your establishment.
From check-in to check-out, every interaction with your staff was pleasant and efficient. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and the amenities met all my needs.

While the cost was a bit more than I am used to paying, it was worth every penny. My girlfriend and I arrived early, and were able to park at the hotel while our room was being readied. We were also able to change into beach wear in the rest room and go to the beach. We received a text when our room was ready (earlier than expected), and more texts throughout our stay, checking to see that everything was to our liking. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the staff was super friendly. They were constantly cleaning, even vacuuming the carpeted patio constantly. I would definitely recommend this place!
