I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. I wanted to specifically commend the outstanding service provided by your front desk staff.
The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She embodied the best qualities of customer service - being extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely oriented towards ensuring guest satisfaction. Her professionalism and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression of your establishment.
From check-in to check-out, every interaction with your staff was pleasant and efficient. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and the amenities met all my needs.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for employing staff members who clearly take pride in their work. My experience at your Howard Johnson location was truly lovely, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

To say I am shocked is an understatement. Everything about this hotel is amazing! Coming down here in October, and staying on the sixth floor, was better than I expected. I did not expect to be blown away from the service, rooms, and location!
For starters, the rooms, the room was so nice from amenities, to the view, etc! The bed was sparkling clean, the floor was clean, the balcony was even clean too! Everything clean, and looking amazing!
Secondly, the service. The service was honestly better than I expected. They will help you with any issues, and always greet you with a huge smile on your face! Clean towels are dropped off every 3 days, and they clean your room anyways.
Third, the location. It is so close to major OC Locations, and on the Boardwalk! I could not ask for a better location than where this is situated. It is close to breakfast, dinner, shops, etc. Nothing would beat the location.
To keep this short and simple, I would like to end it off by saying, Top 3 Hotels I have ever been too. Would definitely recommend for a vacation.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in overall. The staff was absolutely amazing and so sweet. The room was clean and the view was heavenly with a full ocean view and the sun rising right outside my balcony door. I will definitely be back.
