A Truly Wonderful Weekend at Howard Johnson – Exceptional Service!

Wife and I had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay at Howard Johnson, and every part of our experience was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home and made it clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Their warmth and professionalism set a positive tone for the entire stay.

Our room was meticulously cleaned each day, and we were especially impressed by the consistent care and attention to detail. A special thank-you to Marlenny, whose excellent room service and dedication behind the scenes did not go unnoticed. Everything was spotless and refreshed daily—truly appreciated!

I recently went on a trip with two friends to Ocean city, MD and we chose to stay here at the Howard Johnsons by Wyndham. It was still off season so the hotel was not full. I had gotten a room on a different floor from my friend's but they wanted me on the same floor so the woman at the front desk was happy to accommodate us and put us in side by side rooms on the top floor. Where I had previously had a pool view I was now given an ocean view with a balcony, something I'd never had before. It was glorious! The rooms were very clean, in the bathroom ample towels and complimentary shampoo conditioner, and body wash in pump bottles in the shower, kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, plates, cups, and silverware. The beds were comfortable with more than enough pillows and the floor was quiet being off season. The weather had been stormy one day and we wanted to swim but the pool was outdoors. Knowing this hotel had a sister hotel nearby with an indoor pool and hot tub we asked if it would be possible to go and use their facilities. Immediately we were told of course, were given a note for the clerk informing them we were staying at the other hotel and we were able to have a wonderful evening swim. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This hotel stay was one of the best I've experienced and I would most definitely choose this hotel again.

The view was amazing of the ocean and boardwalk. Great location to everything. Only reason I give the 4 star for the room is because the curtains didn’t close all the way allowing the bright early morning sunlight in. Other than that I will definitely come again. And they allow fur babies ❤️
