The hotel, located in the heart of downtown historical Ocean City, is within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants, a hearty nightlife, specialty shops, Trimper's Amusements, arcades and The Pier (featuring carnival style games). Other nearby activities include boat, jet ski and bicycle rentals, parasailing and miniature golf.

Just one block from the hotel you will find our quaint downtown public park where families may enjoy a skateboard ramp, basketball and tennis courts and a playground for the little ones. The Ocean City Convention Center, Outlet Shopping and Assateague Island's Seashore are among many other area attractions also just minutes away. For your convenience, the Ocean City bus stops just steps from the hotel lobby.

3.....The first room we got which was the partial view of the ocean had mouse droppings or what looked like mouse droppings along with chip crumbs in the pull out sofa bed. The sheet that was on that bed was all wet as well. So obviously no one opened it and cleaned it. So we were moved to a room without a partial view which I paid extra for and that pull out sofa bed had black hairs ALL OVER it like long hairs so no one cleaned that one either. Then the shower in that second room and bathroom were covered in those same black hairs. I was a housekeeper years ago and I know its a pain to get all the hairs out of a white bathroom but we did it anyways. When I booked the room it said breakfast was included and it was in fact not included. There was a cafe attached to the hotel but you had to pay for breakfast. Also had to pay for parking to stay at the hotel I paid to stay at. These were things I wasn't expecting and was bummed by it and disappointed as well. My kids had fun otherwise but we will stay somewhere else next year which bums me out because I was hoping this would be our Ocean City place to stay.

Room is amazing. Indoor pool is very small, location is good just off the boardwalk. The parking on the other is a mess. You park across the street in a lot barely big enough to drive through between the cars. And barely wide enough to open doors when parked. Or you can park down the street a block away. The noise of people yelling can be annoying. And the price was very high for what it was.

This is on 3rd street and Baltimore Ave close to the boardwalk. There's limited onsite parking which you have to pay extra for. The parking lots are small and across the street so if you have a lot of luggage its about a 5 min walk. There's only 1 elevator. Rooms need updating. The rooftop fireworks were AMAZING. Forgot to add you only get 1 parking space per room
