I was pleasantly surprised! Stayed here during Oceans Calling. Rooms are big and it was really nice to have a full kitchenette. Excellent service! The best part is that they have laundry rooms so I was able to wash all of my clothes when I got soaked in day 1 and not have to drag soggy clothes home. Also, I didn't bring my dogs, but it's super dog friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Came with family. Location is prime. Couple of random issues and the beds are definitely where they are saving money. Breakfast was solid. Desk staff fairly helpful. The kitchenette was very nice. I would probably come back.. with a mattress topper.

It’s a NO for me. Highly do not recommend staying here. From check in it had already started out bad. I was looking online at other hotels to book at . I would never come back here again it was my first time coming to the area along with staying at this hotel . I will never make that mistake again. The general manager Valeria however you spell her name is very rude and racist if you ask me. During my check in the young lady told me of some fees that wasn’t listed when booking so she stated she will get the GM . That lady is something else she comes out and goes straight to saying it’s a fee the hotel charges it’s online and I said no it doesn’t say she immediately says well it’s on Hilton home 2 suites site so therefore that is a fee I won’t be waiving either you pay it or go somewhere else. I immediately just looked at her and said what like who are you talking to you will not speak to me in that manner I don’t know who you think I am. She turns to the young lady and says just cancel her reservation and walked away. In all my years of traveling I have never came across a person who ever said something like that from the way she came off. Being a GM that is not the way you speak to a person even if you are the owner that’s no way to speak to someone if you don’t want them to speak the same way back to you. My other party who booked separately ended up getting my reservation and room once headed to the room it was a dog who kept barking as soon as you get off elevator I went back downstairs to get a room change this room not any better smells of dog pee so bad like so bad. The bathroom ceiling has black mold that looks painted over. The bed sheets looks like dog hair was on them. Really the entire hotel smells of dog whoever is on cleaning duty doesn’t do well of a job using bleach or dog cleaning supplies to get the smell away. I am very disgusted with the hotel . I really want to leave and go elsewhere but I’m not sure if I may find something that’s not as bad as here . The icing on the cake is once I come back from doing activities it is about 6 cops outside in the parking lot speaking with some hotel guest here like WOW I have never been anywhere and the police is getting called it hasn’t even been a full day that I have been here. I’m not sure what to expect my next two days . I am highly upset and disgusted with the overall appearance, smell, and attitude of the staff and rooms. If I could give no stars I would this place doesn’t deserve not even one star unless you are into the stinky dog pee smell and rude management. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE… BE SMART
