Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ocean City

Stayed 4 days at the hotel in August. I have to say the staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. Especially a maid named Darlene she went out of her way every day to say hello to my boyfriend and I. The room was spacious and clean. The pools were a great addition to the stay. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was nice. Check in and check out was easy. The location was nice. We only had to cross the street to head to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was I second year booking around Winterfest. I called to confirm that my son and I could see the lights from the room window and the lady checked on our booked room and she said no, we wouldn’t be able to see them. I asked if we could change floors and she said that’s not possible since we went through the hotels.com app. The hotel EASILY could have switched our room when we arrived but chose not to. I just cancelled the whole room and I’m out over $100. The woman on the phone was also unprofessional! Told me to hold on and I could hear her conversations with the other guests in the lobby. Last time I book here.

We stay here every year for Winterfest. This hotel is the perfect location for this event! We have been coming here for years now. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included - average hotel food. The coffee is really good! The hotel is decorated nicely for Christmas each year. No complaints. Beds and comfy. Rooms are nice
