Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites

Overall, we had a nice stay at Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for families. We really enjoyed spending time together and relaxing during our trip. Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately there were moments where we felt uncomfortable or like we did not fully belong there. As a Hispanic family, some interactions and looks from a few employees and visitors made us feel out of place at times. One experience that stood out was when I politely asked someone for directions and they simply kept walking and ignored me. During check-in, the front desk also did not mention or explain any possible room upgrade options. I stayed respectful and kept things positive, but these moments did affect our experience. Another example was at the pool area, where the waiter checked on many chairs around us but did not ask if we needed anything until our last day. I work hard as a nurse, and vacations are important for me to rest, relax, and enjoy quality time with my family. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and comfortable while on vacation. Despite those experiences, we still appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful location, and especially the indoor and outdoor pool areas.

This hotel is my favorite hotel by the ocean on the East Coast. The suite, view, restaurant, and hotel staff are all fabulous. I experience great rest and relaxation as well as comfort and joy when I stay here. The staff ensures my needs are taken care of, and I even feel they go out of their way to ensure my stay is great. I always feel safe here. A walk on the beach anytime of the year is a pleasure and accessible from the hotel lobby.

We are enjoying a lovely stay at the Hilton Oceanfront Suites in Ocean City, MD. Adding to the relaxing vacation time we are experiencing here at the Hilton, is their concierge staff. Most amazing is “Uncle” Frank Barranco. He seems to know everything about OC, gave us great restaurant recommendations (which we have so far tried and enjoyed), and he is an absolute treasure to talk with. He is the perfect combination of personable and professional and a true asset to the hotel.
