The hotel smelled amazing — it had that modern, luxurious scent, almost like sandalwood. Our room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The outdoor bar was fantastic, and the waitstaff were truly outstanding. The shower had excellent water pressure, though the tub didn’t drain as well as it could have. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but the location was perfect — just a very quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, everything was wonderful and we had a great stay.

if i could put a 0 rating i would , night shift front desk worker was extremely ignorant and refused any help with our room situation, our tv wouldn’t work and all we asked for was directions or assistance when we called front desk ,the lady kept saying ok and hanging up (6 times to be exact) i had to walk to the lobby and even then when i was explaining my issue i got “ the tv works there’s nothing else i can tell you “ response from her…i would not spend money on a place that can’t even give simple instructions because they are to lazy to walk the other part of the hotel. the service here was disgusting and way unprofessional. get better and don’t even bother calling corporate bc they are just as useless

Great last-minute find for a family vacation!
We got a great price for a spontaneous trip. The room we ended up with was clean and updated but it did take a few tries. The first two rooms needed better cleaning, especially the bedding and linens. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very accommodating and worked quickly to get us into a better room. The hotel is located around the 25th Street block, which is a bit of a walk from many of the main family attractions that are clustered between 2nd and 9th Street.
