This is the best Crossfit Gym in the area by far. They have a great space with solid, name brand equipment. Both the coaches and other members are wonderful - motivating, friendly and welcoming. They have several options for classes whether you're a morning or night workout person and they also offer an open gym option, which is huge because most gyms do not allow that. If you are in the area or looking for a new gym, I highly reccommend Crossfit Assateague!

Great gym! Dropped in for a class over the weekend, the members couldn’t be more welcoming! Highly recommend this gym for regular use or a quick drop in! Thank you for the great workout!

All the coaches are amazing. Very close knit and supportive group of people. A very welcoming environment and overall great community.
