The staff and team there really conscientious and friendly. The parking is a little tight but expectedly so on an oceanfront property. Overall I've been coming here for a number of years they did a nice job with the remodel I will be coming back again! Appreciate the GM for welcoming me back I'm being attentive enough to know that I've come before.

The rooms were good, no issues there. Had slight issues with the staff not paying attention to inform us that the elevators to the rooms were inop due to maintenance. Wandered around a bit trying to find the rooms only to realize we had to use the associates elevator which when you're on the floor doesn't tell you where the rooms are located.
Only other issue was the "hot tub" photo for the hotel on the marriot website. Just be aware, it's not an actual hot tub but what they call a "conversation pit" which is the same temp as the rest of pool. We assess the hot tub broke at some point and this was a failed attempt to just not fix it and call it something else.

There’s a special kind of torture in spending a summer day working indoors while the Ocean City beach and boardwalk beckon just outside. This Courtyard Marriott heals all.
The views are absolutely stunning and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean.
The rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The beds well maintained and super comfy.
Shout-out to Spencer and the rest of the staff who are always friendly and provide any support of local support upon request.
I travel 100+ nights Marriott for work and this is my favorite Courtyard Marriott in the world. Can't wait to be back.
