The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. They have a basic gym, small pool, free parking, and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the quieter parts of the beach. Overall, it was a good value and pleasant experience.

The towels were dirty when arrived the sheets were just re-made and weren't clean. Horrible, every second I was able to get out I did. Didn't want to stay; will never agian!

Needed to book a last minute room after cancelling at Comfort Inn Gold Coast (horrible service; didn’t care how extra platinum my platinum membership was; rude management; the only nice person there was Joyce)
So I booked online at Country Inn & Suites, and then went there to see if I could check out my moms room (she’s 78 and leaves this up to me) and possibly get in for 15 minutes to drop off a few things for her when she arrives. Jennifer, the lady at the front desk was just as nice as she could be. I told her what happened with Comfort Inn, and neither one of us could figure out why some people are the way they are. Jennifer however was super kind. Once she knew what I was doing for my mom, she threw in a couple extra water bottles and some snacks!! I told her Country Inn will be her hotel from now on. Thanks so much!!!
