Nice enough hotel, but predatory practices. Checked out a day early and am being charged regardless. Have traveled for work for 3 years and never had this issue. Overpriced for quality of service and hotel.

This is a great hotel if you are in need of a place to stay in OC. Every year, we visit Winterfest and this hotel was within walking distance. There are a few good establishments within walking distance as well. Staff were friendly. Breakfast available daily. The free coffee wasn’t too bad either. Comfy, quiet rooms. Only down side is there is no good view - McDonald’s drive thru view or dumsers parking lot.
