Commander Hotel & Suites

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The view, the location, the rooms, and especially the staff. He gave us an upgrade free of cost! The room was spacious and the balcony was awesome. 100% would recommend to my friends and family for a weekend getaway. I will be coming back here when I can!

It's a nice location Ocean Front on the boardwalk, down far enough you're not kept awake from noise of crowds on the boardwalk. The room was nice, however, the mattresses in our room were so uncomfortable, we all slept terrible, and woke up sore. I liked the two tv's and separate seating area. I wish the mini fridge was a little larger. My other concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom, there was blood on the door trim in the bathroom, yuk. It made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Had the room been properly cleaned, and the mattress comfortable, this could have gotten 5 stars.

Clean, big rooms with a beautiful view. Parking is easy and free. Staff is great, they even shipped home something we left in the room. Outdoor pool looked awesome but was closed during our visit. Location on the boardwalk is great. Indoor pool is small and only 3.5 feet deep. No continental breakfast.
