Comfort Suites

I will never return to this hotel. I had two adjoining rooms. As soon as we walked in the rooms, we were hit in the face with a musty mold smell. The AC units and filters were moldy. I knew I was going to have a hard time getting two new rooms in August, so we all dealt with it. Sleeping was hard for me, the smell was thick, even after cleaning and sanitizing.

I always pick a hotel with breakfast, so there is one meal I don't have to worry about paying for. I didn't eat their breakfast once. It was so lame-- liquid eggs and sausage were the only proteins. I couldn't even get my morning coffee. It was horrible, similar to vending machine coffee. I poured it out.

The pool looks way bigger on the photos; it's really only for kids.

All in all, this was the worst hotel experience I've had. I did not get my money's worth.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was miserable. The lobby was filled with loud, unruly guests and a strong smell of marijuana. When we mentioned the noise and behavior to staff, we were told they “can’t control the guests.” Dogs were barking at all hours of the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

Our room was even worse. We walked in to find random hairs in the bathtub and a large crack running across the ceiling. Despite calling housekeeping to clean the tub, the hairs were still there afterward. Even more disturbing—there was a red stain on the toilet paper roll, and the bathroom trash can had visible mold inside. The room itself smelled musty and unclean.

The walls are paper thin, and to make things worse, the arcade noise continues all night long. We had to blast the AC just to try and drown it out. The blankets were full of holes, and nothing felt fresh or sanitary. We left a night early as we could not take it anymore. We were denied a refund for these awful conditions.

This place is beyond disappointing. Save your money, your sleep, and your sanity—book somewhere else.

Free breakfast but it was horrible. The eggs were super runny sausage looked like it wasn't cooked. Toaster needs to be replaced cause it took like 10 mins to get a little bit of color on the English muffin. They were out of oj all 3 days there and the cranberry juice was red water and the apple juice was worse. The shower in the room had no pressure it was like a trickle of water had to take like a 45 min shower just to get soap off. The hotel was super busy people in and out all day and night. The pool felt slimy. Only a short distance to the boardwalk and beach and close to the outlet mall. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall wasn't too bad but disappointed in the breakfast, shower and pool. Side note picked the hotel because offered breakfast and had a pool.
