Comfort Suites

Lovely hotel. Receptionists are friendly and pleasant(shout out to Will!), hotel is clean, there’s a laundry room if you need, and free breakfast served daily. It’s extremely comfortable, rooms are tidy and spacious and pets are allowed! Highly recommended and going on my list of hotels to come back too :)

A decent hotel in the center of restaurants and shopping. Love the dog fee ($35). Friendly staff and the smell of cleaning products hit my nose as soon as I entered the room (the smell of clean). My view is a white fence, but the beds are comfy, hardwood floors, and great coffee. 👍🏽
Edit: Just had breakfast then visited and hr later for coffee. The breakfast attendant is tired (leans on the cart waiting) and rushed me to make my waffle so she can clean. It's too early so I didn't respond. Later she stood in the way so my mom couldn't grab jelly. They stared at each other before my mom gave up trying to get past her cart. This person is rude. She doesn't want this job and it shows. She became a little topic among us guests, smh. The food was gone by 9:35. Poor customer service on that end. It was a decent experience before that disappointing send off.

I got the king room with Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. I loved it overall and it was relatively cheaper than nearby hotels without those amenities. My tub was clean and the fireplace works but it gets hot in the room quickly. There was some damage to the room I thought brought down the luxury feel. There were holes in the shower tile where they hung the curtain rod (upside down so the curtain never stayed shut), the fridge was incredibly loud for a mini fridge, and the walls are thin (unfortunate because there were barking dogs and a kids birthday during my stay).

Staff was professional and nice during check in/check out.

This hotel is a great option if you're going to Assateague Island. Only about 10 minutes from the visitor center and also close to a lot of food in walking distance.
