Club Ocean Villa II Timeshare

I checked in and the unit was disgusting. The toilets had sanitary strips on them and had urine and feces on the seat. The floors were dirty the oven and microwave were dirty as well. The jet in the tub were black in the inside. I had to run them 3 times with bleach tabs and a brush for my daughter to take a bath. The showers were also dirty and dish in the dishwasher from the last guest DIrty. They are renting the units out on AirBnb and other sights under the name Aubrey. When you contact the office there is no Aubrey. I had plans to stay in the Villa during the snow storm with my kids even book additional days if needed. When I asked for a partial refund the amount of $190 to be exact only the cost that I charge to clean a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Ocean City I was denied and told to only contact them through Air BNB and not to return to the office. This place is not a good place to stay. It's Nasty I have pictures to prove it.

So far so great. The location and amenities are made for families on summer vacation. Everything was neat and clean. Can't wait to hit the outdoor pool tomorrow. The indoor pool was a bit chlorine-intense. Possibly the highest chlorine levels I've ever seen (although you're not seeing much, even if you go underwater with your eyes tightly closed). Nice size though. Very close, walking distance to nearly everything you could need.

We stayed @ Ocean Villa for Country Calling in Ocean City. Our condo was a 2 B/R & 2Ba unit on the 1st floor. The condo sleeps 6, which included a pulled out couch. Overall it was a nice, clean property with a pool, tennis & pickleball.
The only down side is we could easily hear the 2nd floor resident moving around.
