Club Ocean Villa II Timeshare

So far so great. The location and amenities are made for families on summer vacation. Everything was neat and clean. Can't wait to hit the outdoor pool tomorrow. The indoor pool was a bit chlorine-intense. Possibly the highest chlorine levels I've ever seen (although you're not seeing much, even if you go underwater with your eyes tightly closed). Nice size though. Very close, walking distance to nearly everything you could need.

Checked into our unit and the place was not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, we ran it twice... dishwasher broken. Notified office with no response and never fixed. Light fixture in main area was broken, also notified office. Did not fix, but put it back together and it fell apart again. Floors were disgusting 🫣. Only half the lights in kitchen worked.
This could be a very nice unit with a little maintenance and proper cleaning. Office staff doesn't seem to care.

Just spent five nights here with my family for 4th of July. Clean grounds and Villa. We had a second story Villa with hot tub. No complaints. Outside pool was clean, chairs and surface was clean. The location of the property is bay side and a little more North on the strip, so it made for a more quiet stay. There is a Wawa, CVS and 7eleven virtually on the property.
