Central Reservations - Ocean City Vacation Rentals

My wife and I rented a townhome in a nice Ocean City, MD community, but it was in rough shape—unfinished walls, broken furniture, and even black mold. We contacted Central Reservations, and they immediately moved us to a much better (and more expensive) house at no extra cost.

A huge thanks to the two women working the desk, Mary and Kris (Chris?) for their professionalism and patience—they went above and beyond to save our family’s vacation. Because of their great service, we’ll definitely book through Central Reservations again!

Your kindness towards my family has been outstanding. We were planning for this trip for months, and when we drove into your community, I was reminded of a Hallmark movie: the tree-lined streets and cute townhouses were adorable!!

However, when we entered the unit and saw the condition, we were dismayed. Dirty and broken chairs, dust-covered air vents, badly stained carpets, and most egregious of all, was the black mold through the unit, especially in the master bedroom and in the garage.

We spent our first night there, and the next day my son and daughter in law went to your office, and Mary and Chris took immediate action, and got us into our current residence, a lovely house that exceeds our expectations!

I spend yearly vacation weeks with my family, and we look forward to staying with you on our return trip to this beautiful beach town!

They get back to you very quickly with an answer to any questions you may have.
