Cayman Suites Hotel

This hotel is a decent place The kitchen is nice and the room itself is decent sized and clean. The problem we had with the place is the bed were absolutely the worst we have slept on and the pull out bed was not even a bed it was like sleeping on springs so we had to use an air mattress but the price was amazing compared to the other hotels that are way too overpriced in ocean city the pool was nice! Half our stay was a little cold because of a hurricane but the pool space wasn’t too cold thankfully but I do wish they would replace the beds that is the reason I would not stay there again

-0000 stars !! Does this place even have a house keeper or room service / cleaning staff????? We Will legit never ever stay here again. Over priced and Hotel is beyond DIRTY. youre better off sleeping in your car. Better yet just leave. Or spend the extra money and stay in A nice reliable hotel. Absolutely foul inside and out. This place is beyond ridiculously unkept & should be condemned. The bathroom sink has toothpaste all over the mirror, dried crusty white stuff on the faucet, the floors were not vacuumed or mopped or cleaned whatsoever. Half the lights and outlets don’t work. The air conditioners were not working at its capacity. It’s hot as hell inside the room. The shower has mold in it. Black hairs on toilet with stains. The office chair seat has what appears to be body fluid stains on seat cushion. It should be just thrown out in trash. There is no outlets near our beds to charge our phones or anything. Half the outlets didn’t work so it was a mystery trying to find one that would work. There was black spots & dirt in “kitchen and on kitchen floors”. The room definitely has mold because it’s Smells like a dying corpse inside the room. My allergies and headaches got instantly triggered and worse because This place is foul and disgusting. The only thing I can say is the guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. Besides that everything else was legit trash. I hate to leave such a negative review but my god I’m trying to give you fair warning. Don’t stay here unless you want to feel completely grossed out. This place needs to do a massive renovation and retraining rehiring of the cleaning staff if they even have one. Cayman suites is not a suite. It’s dumpster fire.

Pros: The hotel room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had the kitchenette with some dishes and an indoor pool. The front desk was helpful and always available. Also there is a grocery store and other convenient stores close by and it is near a bus stop. Also it is very close to the beach (but far away from the boardwalk). Cons: The pullout couch bed was horrible, we ended up just using the couch itself. The elevator kept breaking but they did repair it quickly. My only interaction with housekeeping was tracking them down and asking them for towels that they never brought. I don't mind not having housekeeping come in but for 5 of us staying for 5 nights we do need clean towels so I had to get them from the front desk. Also had to set my own trash out and ask for more trash bags. In conclusion, I would stay again but do prefer being closer to the boardwalk so for that reason will probably choose another hotel. This hotel is decent for the price and not musty and outdated like some of the others in the area I've stayed at. It is affordable and decent overall though.
