Got there and they charged us $20 to park our car while we stay there. Got in the room and it smelled like cigarettes and mold bad. Lifted blanket on bed and there were dirty sheets on bed. They quickly changed sheets but was not a clean place to stay. Did not even bring clean towels the next day. Wouldn't stay here again, but they were prompt at changing the dirty sheet.

Room is very small for 2 people (a couple) and not very clean. Its more for 1 person. But overall it was decent for somewhere to stay while my hubby and I enjoyed our vacation at the beach. Its only a block to the boardwalk and beach.so that was a plus.

I stayed here for a week and had a great experience.

To be honest, the rooms aren't very nice, but I knew what I was paying for and rate was fair.

The 5-star review is for my experience with the live-in manager, Anil. He was friendly, responsible, and ethical.

For context, most of Ocean City lodging is owned by absentee owners who regularly take advantage of locals and guests.

While Cabana may not have been the nicest property, it was the most well-run and easy to do business with. (I've stayed at 5 different hotels / motels over the past 3 months).

Would stay again.
