Best Western Plus Pocomoke City

Really enjoyed the Citrus body wash, shampoo and Conditioner. Rooms are very spacious, and clean. Water is hot, though the water pressure could be better. The Breakfast was well done, and the Coffee machine was incredible!!!! Had two cups with breakfast and took one to go. Machine does everything from Latte, cappuccino, to barista coffee, double shots of expresso and foamed milk..... Lisa that works the breakfast area was very helpful and keeps the place well stocked and clean. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Would highly recommend... and the Pool is a very nice bonus for kids and adults. Though I swear the lobby reminds me of a raceway with the smell of brakes.... Tell me if anyone else smells it, or was it just me. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Pocomoke City and had a good experience. The staff made our stay good. Annisa and Sandy at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and they kindly accommodated us with a late checkout as we were traveling with my mother, a senior.

Lisa at the breakfast bar greeted us each morning with a warm smile and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options.

After we had checked out and were preparing to travel, Sandy went above and beyond by warming up a platter of food for us to take on the go, such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality!

Im gonna give this stay a 5 star stay but nit becaise we didnt have a few issues. It was because of the way the staff handled them. First off we showed up super late at night with out a reservation and they were able to accomodate us. Upon arriving in the room we had some issues that we needed to call the front desk. They immediately brought up a new key located the issue and switched our room for the night where we were able to enjoy our rest problem free. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. In the morning we met with the manager Shivani and she was super pleasant and went an extreme way to insure that we had an awesome experience. So would I stay here again? most definitely. Say hi to Shivani as she knows the meaning of customer service. Breakfast was great as well.
