Best Western Plus Pocomoke City

The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice couch to view the large TV. We didn't use the gym or the pool. The Noodoe EV charger was easy to sign in to with a QR code and the charge rate was reasonable. The full breakfast had the standard fare for it's class. The location was good for those traveling the DelMarVa peninsula.

Save your money and stay further away from Pocomoke City. This best western was not clean. Notified staff and nothing was done. For $300+ a night expected a clean room. Sheets had blood stains on them. Room had a sign saying it was cleaned. Clearly if it was it wasn’t to most standards. Shower had stains and hair on the wall. Picked this hotel based off the reviews for the area since this was closest to the area we needed to be at. Our experience definitely didn’t follow the expectations from the other reviews. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Pool area was humid and hot. Walls are thin and can hear people talking in the hallway with the ac running. Can hear the room beside you as well.

Really enjoyed the Citrus body wash, shampoo and Conditioner. Rooms are very spacious, and clean. Water is hot, though the water pressure could be better. The Breakfast was well done, and the Coffee machine was incredible!!!! Had two cups with breakfast and took one to go. Machine does everything from Latte, cappuccino, to barista coffee, double shots of expresso and foamed milk..... Lisa that works the breakfast area was very helpful and keeps the place well stocked and clean. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Would highly recommend... and the Pool is a very nice bonus for kids and adults. Though I swear the lobby reminds me of a raceway with the smell of brakes.... Tell me if anyone else smells it, or was it just me. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.
