Surprisingly good sized rooms, great service with people in the waiting room till super late at night downstairs. Beverages and snacks were available for purchase in the lobby. The front desk, people were nice. The random people going in to fix stuff in the rooms were nice. The cleaning people were nice. It was an all around just pleasant experience. Great view from the top floor!

just left this morning, first time staying there. Best location in OC to stay! Very clean hotel. Pool area was nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to everything you need just by walking a few blocks either direction. they only provide 1 parking pass but ample parking on side street. Didn’t have to go anywhere for fireworks, just stayed in the comfort of my balcony. Great place to stay, will be going back!

The Best Western Plus was a great last minute booking for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very close to restaurants and shops in the area. We had a slight bay view on our balcony which was very nice! I would recommend this hotel!
