Best Western Plus Ocean City

The Friday night front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. We got SOAKED at Oceans Calling. They were waiting with towels when we came in dripping wet and freezing. I felt bad for dripping all over the lobby and they made us feel like it was no big deal. When I came down later for snacks they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed in our room. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The whole property is very clean. We would stay here again.

Our experience at the Best Western Plus was wonderful. Upon arriving we were greeted by welcoming staff and our room was ready ahead of schedule. Our room was clean & as stated. Everything within the hotel was easily accessible from the gym to coffee to the pool. The on-site restaurant (3rd party) is outstanding for breakfast & lunch (never tried dinner). Our tv was not working & Max at the front desk immediately came to troubleshoot & got it working. Max & I had some good conversation & his professionalism & genuineness was evident. Extended checkout (1hour) was provided. No complains & we will be staying again. Also, there was always enough parking on-site & will have you inside within a minute. Thank you all, but especially you Max.

The hotel is right on the boards and beach. Room was clean. 2 Queens and kitchen. Dishwasher. Pots and pans etc included but no frying pan. Perfect water pressure for a shower. Roomy bathroom, just not very much shelf space. Patio on ground floor facing the outdoor pool, very convenient. Indoor pool and hot tub very nice. Will stay here again.
