Ashore Resort & Beach Club

The hotel and attitude of its employees are garbage. If you have literally any other option, take it. The rooms and surrounding areas are full of trash, the toilets are disgusting, and there was a pile of junk sitting next to our room for about 48 hours (see attached photo). I’m also adding picture of their typical hallway where trash lays around.

To make matters worse, they also mislead customers—photos show an indoor pool, but when we asked about it, reception rudely told us they don’t have one. So apparently, accuracy in advertising isn’t a priority either.

We requested housekeeping, which was apparently too much to ask—they completely ignored it. When we followed up and asked for at least fresh towels, that was also ignored by reception. At least the lack of service is consistent.

It’s honestly impressive that this place is somehow associated with Marriott International. I’ll be reaching out to them to share this experience. Hopefully they take a closer look and realize this location doesn’t belong in their network.

Hint to hotel owner: you should fire all these useless reception workers and replace which AI - your revenue will go up and you won’t get any complaints from hotel stayers.

Avoid if you can. Hotel rooms are extremely dirty. Hair and Stains on towel, sheets, shower curtain. The rooms have barely any light and no mirror aside from the bathroom.

They also can't figure out how to get beach umbrellas that don't fly away with the slightest breeze.

Staff are very nice and accommodating but the hotel itself isn't it.

Marriott Bonvoy members and others this hotel is great even under current construction. While construction is anywhere is a pain, once they've completed it will be awesome. Special shout out to the front desk staff who are superb professionals. Thank you ladies! And to Gary who helped quash what would have been a nightmare with my room. Thank you to the Tide room staff who helped make my bday an excellent day! I will definitely return to this hotel. Oh and I won't forget the ocean view, waking up and going to bed with the ocean feeling so close is a beautiful site. This was an Outstanding stay!
