Americana Hotel Oceanfront

Excellent location, perfect view of the ocean. Our room was super clean and well appointed with the Jacuzzi tub and complementary bathrobes and slippers. there was not an actual closet just a hanging rail. All basic amenities were fine. The only odd thing for us was the elevators will make you buckle your knees and catch your breath when they lift up.
Step right out to the boardwalk or the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby good value for the money

The floors were ceramic, our grandson had black knees from crawling on the floor. All of our socks were black on the bottom from walking on the floor. The master bedroom door had black fingerprints all around the doorknob and on the edge of door. The toilet paper was painful. The noise on Coastal Highway was unbearable. The elevator in the building was sketchy so we took the steps. No room darkening blinds or curtains. When the sun came up everyone woke up, it was daylight in the condo. From not having curtains the outside hallway light shined into two of the bedrooms making it almost impossible to sleep.

All in all, it's a good place to stay. Right on the boardwalk, close to many restaurants, and maybe 100 meters to the beach. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. You could do better, but for the cost, it is not a bad option.
