American Eagle Outlet

I was in this American eagle on the other day looking for a new pair of jeans since I just had my second baby and the staff was so kind! They helped me find what size I am now and which style fits me best. It was a wonderful experience.

I ordered a pair of jeans in the store and they did not fit. I did not remove any tags. I went back into the store with the plastic bag jeans were in and the shipping bag. They said they could not return without a tag. I was given a customer service number to call. They cannot do anything without a tag on the item. Per Van in customer service, nothing leaves the warehouse without a tag so there is nothing they can do. So bottom line, I’m a liar because their warehouse cannot possibly in the wrong. DO NOT SHOP AMERICAN EAGLE IF YOU NEED YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT DID NOT WORK FOR YOU!!!

I've been to this American Eagle a few years ago and haven't had the best time, but I went this past black Friday and had a great experience shopping! The managers and staff were helpful with my needs and helping me find the perfect outfit for my daughter's Christmas gift. Definitely worth shopping at!
