    Pocomoke River State Park consists of two areas open for fishing, biking, boating, hiking, and more. Shad Landing is on the south side of the river off Route 113, and Millburn Landing, on the north side of the Pocomoke River on Route 364. With a Chesapeake Bay Sports Fishing License, the river and nearby creeks are yours to explore! With a freshwater license, enjoy the “Fish for Fun” pond that is part of Maryland’s “Put and Take” trout program.

    Northside Park is a great spot to spend the day! With walking trails, athletic fields, the recreation complex, and of course- a public fishing pier, there’s something fun for everyone.     The gorgeous strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Sinepuxent Bay is an angler’s paradise! Shore fishing is permitted on the beach or at the Marina Pier. Bay fishing is also allowed from boats in designated areas of the bay.
