Very nice place to go with family and not looking for the boardwalk experience every day. Also, cleaning was a little under par, but I clean where I go anyway. I wound go back again.

Rented a condo. Easy to find and get into. Be ready to clean up after yourself and be diligent w the sand. Brought 3 small kids here. Great views, great pool, clean building and grounds. We will be back.

Non working tv in 2nd bedroom, no cable hook up, blu ray player had no hdmi cable. We had one, it did not work.
Blown lightbulbs in bedrooms and bathroom. The dust on the light fixture over the dining table has been there for years.
Moldy mildew smell from ac unit, so bad you smell it walking up to the door.
Needs basic paint and maintenance.
Cleaning service is horrendous baseboards in bathrooms are FILTHY and next to the toilet, well you can guess what that is covered with. Knobs and face of stove so dirty I didn't want to use it. Cleaning the place after I paid a $140 cleaning service is unacceptable.
Ripped cushions at dining table. Bathroom door doesn't close right, hits ceiling.
Could be a really nice place with care. Nice view, nice beach. But the dirt and neglect made us feel like a $99 roadway in
