First their customer service is really just genuine friendliness. Second the shop is just beautiful. Third it is clear a lot of thought goes into the goods they sell. Nice stuff and pure quality. Lastly, they guided and outfitted our family through our kids adventures in learning to surf. Beyond great.

I’ve never owned a wetsuit in my life, walked in the store, and Blair gave me the in’s and outs, explained exactly what I needed and why for the conditions I was looking for, and had me sized up in no time. Can’t thank him enough for taking the time to educate me, and not trying to sell me more than I needed. Great store and awesome customer service!

Visted Chauncey’s on a whim because it was pouring rain and my sibling was looking for a hat. We walked in the main store and were pleasantly surprised! It was air-conditioned, well organized, and had relaxed vibes overall. The man at the register was so friendly and nice too! We got the hat but had to come back before our trip was over for more souvenirs. Highly recommend you at least stop in to check it out! You’ll probably leave with something in hand.
