Harrison Apartments

Have stayed here the past 2 years and this year will be our 3rd year. Owners are very nice! For a week at the beach you can’t beat the price. It’s not right on the boardwalk but not very long walk at all. It sits right behind a building that is right on the boardwalk so your very very close. And it’s not to far from everything on the boardwalk either. The place is old fashioned but has always been tidy and clean when we have arrived. You can see the ocean from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies on the back side of the building and then you can see the bay from the front side of the building. We stayed in a single room the first time we went and they are not very big at all and it didn’t have a private bathroom and it was all the way up on the 4th floor and dragging 3 kids up and down all the steps is a lot! So last year and this year we have 2 bedroom apartments which there are two located on the very bottom floor and it’s very nice with kids. We love staying here and will continue to stay here as you can’t beat the price and the location.

My mom, Vivian Wagner, started bringing our family here in 1958.
I have continued to bring my children here as well and now they bring my grandchildren.
The Harrisons are like family to me and I consider their hotel my second home. Always had a safe and wonderful time. Thanks for a lifetime of memories and love.

Stayed here from the 24th-27th of august. Been coming here since i was a child. My family has been coming here since Ms.Harrison was running the place. Although this isn't a 5 star hotel it gets the job done. It was clean and tidy for the most part. it could use a little update but for the price its well worth it. I was running late that Thursday night. Mr. Harrison went out of his way to make sure i got into my room late night. Unfortunately i must of scheduled the wrong room. They made sure that i got the room i wanted. As far as im concerned its in a great location. you have an ocean view from the 3rd floor hallway and in the room 309. its not located right on the board walk but very close to it. for the price it really doesn't get better than this. i stayed at the Americana next store last year because i wanted to see what a couple bucks extra would get me. well let me just say it was a nice place but the service sucked. my room was dirty and so was the pool. The Harrison is family owned and should stay that way. So if you want to support a Family business this would be the place to do it at. The only negative thing is all the steps and could use a little touching up on a update. if your a clean freak this is not the place for you because its older and shows it. If your looking for a great price with great customer service. This is the place for you.
