THE VAULT

The first thing you notice is the organizational skills the owners have with this shop. Everything has a place and it’s all sectioned off. Everything is clean and high end. The building is so unique, it’s an old bank so you can walk in the vault and see where the security boxes are still present.
You’ll need to find street parking, but it’s a small town so it won’t be too difficult.

Sensational! A must-visit store. Lori was incredibly helpful and friendly. The selection is extensive, beautiful, and well-sourced. I purchased a couple gorgeous original oil paintings for a great price. The jewelry is lovely as well. Everything is well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. I can’t recommend it enough!

The older lady that works here was very rude when I visited the store and tried to sell some silver jewelry I have. She was very unprofessional, did not explain anything related to the test she was doing and did not even asked me for receipts from where this jewelry came from. I am a chemist so I know how to test for silver, very basic chemistry. She just added one single solution and she said it was not pure silver. I assume it was some nitric acid with dyes but since she did not explain I am not sure, it did not have any weird colors mainly creamy white so silver. All my pieces were 92.5% sterling silver but she said there was copper, well yes starling silver is 92.5% it is an alloy, usually copper for Italian sterling silver. I would have used first HNO3 and then HCl, it is a very clear test and more accurate. Obviously she was just untrusting me because of my Latin accent. The cherry on top was when she said I could go and sell it somewhere else, she said she did not care if other people will buy it. Well she treated me as a liar and a con artist which I am far from that. I am a professional and a Christian who has morals, respect people and can have a dialogue. Unfortunately, in this store you can not have a smart conversation but just be judged and be treated poorly because of having an accent. I will never put a foot in this place ever again and if someone asks me, I will never recommend it. You can reply whatever to make yourself look better, but obviously other people have seen how rude you are.
