Surf Inn Suites

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and we had the best time! The husband and wife that own the place are very attentive and friendly. Asking if anyone needs anything and checking in to make sure everyone was okay. The location was perfect right next to the beach. The rooms were in okay condition, but much better than I was expecting. Overall great weekend, thank you!

Place is racist , very unprofessional and unsupportive. They lied about to us about the 159$ refund deposit. Claiming that we vandalized a place that they had perviously confirmed was clean and said to our face our balance was now at 0 dollars. accusing my gf and everyone else of vandalism when that wasn’t even originally what was told by the staff is insane. even if we had thrown up in the room (WHICH WE DID NOT) They had zero proof and told us it was a mistake. don’t know why yall are acting like you guys aren’t actively scamming people when it’s clearly what happened. plus everything was pretty much broken walking in. most unprofessional place ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I came down for MDW. I was very surprised by the kindness of all of the employees who work here. If I needed anything such as an extra blanket, toilet paper, towels.. I was able to call downstairs and somebody came right up with whatever that was needed. The room wasn’t too bad neither.
