Scher's Bridal Shop

When I got engaged, everyone told me that Scher's was the first place to go for my wedding dress. They were so right! Marc, Judi, and their entire team treated me like family, listened to my vision, and followed my lead until we found the perfect dress. They stayed in touch after ordering, answering any questions I had in a timely manner and making MANY alterations to be sure I was comfortable and worry-free on my big day. Almost 2 months after my wedding, I still have people commenting on how beautiful my dress was. I can't recommend them enough!

Easily a 5-Star experience. Me and my partner decided last minute to have a backyard wedding with a small ceremony. My BFF scheduled me an appointment here and I was more than pleased! Judi and her team saw my vision and pulled dresses that were STUNNING. They listened to my thoughts and finally pulled THE DRESS. I was so overwhelmed with support from everyone in the shop, and when Mrs Judi noticed she immediate let me take a break and gather myself. We had such a wonderful moment from begging to end. I felt valued and like family instead of a customer. So glad we chose to come here! We had our wedding yesterday 7.22.24, and I felt BEAUTIFUL!!

I sobbed getting back into the car. Having just come from another bridal shop this was a complete let down. The store had a moldy smell and the dressing room was completely dusty I hated the experience of having to take off a dress and then pass it through the flimsy curtain it made me feel so exposed. There was no attempt to make me feel comfortable through conversation or anything, even throwing me in dresses that were tremendous they made no effort to clip it or help me see what it could look like they were just going through the motions of putting me in dresses. I felt like I would describe what I wanted and they’d show me the complete opposite and say they didn’t have much of what I liked even though I tried to show a variety of choices but when scrolling through screenshots of what I liked the woman walked away and started pulling the complete opposite. They told me they couldn’t order anything or change anything yet my wedding is 10 months away and all I asked about was adding lining to bodices so it wasn’t see through. I was the only customer in the store that I saw and yet I didn’t have one consultant I had two who couldn’t figure out what I wanted because I’d explain to whomever was present what I liked or didn’t like and then the other one would come back with random dresses and I would have to start the explanation of my likes or dislikes all over again so no one could ever get on the same page. Overall it was scattered, dirty, uncomfortable and I felt like I wasn’t heard and my thoughts on my wedding dress weren’t valued. We tried to make the most of the experience but we ended up leaving within 30 minutes (29 minutes too long if you ask me).
