Princess Bayside Beach Hotel

5 Day stay at Princess Bayside Beach Hotel. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, which was nice. The room was a nice size, but very outdated. King size bed, kitchenette, table with two chairs for eating, but no extra light over that area so dark if curtains were closed. Sofa sitting area, but again, no light in that area and no coffee table so that spot was never utilized. I called for housekeeping because we preferred to have the room cleaned while we were there, so sat on the deck, which was nice. Housekeeping was great. There were a lot of ants in the room and we couldn't figure out how they were getting in. All of the outlets, including those connected to the bedroom lamps hardly worked. When attempted plugging in our charges, everywhere, they kept falling out. I attempted using the iron and ironing board. The same thing happened with the plug staying in the wall. We decided to check out the roof top pool. It was really nice but the turn off was all the bird poop on the roof. It needs a good power wash daily. So I did not use the pool area. Around the back of the hotel it was sanded and the water was right there. Nice spot to capture pictures, but can't get in the water. Saw many dead stingrays on that side. The hotel had lounging chairs to lay and relax in that area, but they were so filthy like they haven't been washed in a year or so. We still made the best out of our vacation and enjoyed ourselves. Would we come back to Princess Bayside Beach Hotel? The answer would be a polite NO. Wish I would have taken pics of the room. Restaurant Finnegan's connected to the hotel that we did not try out due to all the bad reviews I read.

Had a great local weekend getaway. The room was spacious and the view was amazing. I loved our balcony and just being able to sit and relax in the salt air breeze. The bed was very comfortable and we had a full efficiency suite. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Princess Bayside Beach Hotel in Ocean City, MD was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with beautiful bay views. What really made the experience stand out was the wonderful service all around — every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ocean City and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
