Panera Bread

Placed a to go order and the bowl of soup was missing. We live 30 mins from there so I called and asked to bring back the entire order and remake it with the correct items so we could eat together, the manager refused only offered a partial refund on the soup and for me to drive back to pick up the soup that was missing. The point of having the order together was completely missed

I got a pick 2 that was supposed to have a turkey avocado 1/2 sandwich. The sandwich was a mess - very little meat and other fillings. Overall, the hot sandwiches leave a lot to be desired.

We all the time come here to have dinner. This time there was hair in salad , and it happens i didnt argue abaout it and I go ask to replace. She sad she didnt see hair in food. It was just greens simple salad. It was not there Because it was in my mouth i throw it. She start screaming , and sad im General Manager here and my name Stacy. I asked just to replace it , i sad i can pay for it again. She show me the door. She told me we can check cameras, i sad okay we can check. It happens 13 february 6:45pm.
They didnt replace the food with hair, but they SHOULD definetly replace the manager(GENERAL MANAGER STACY)
