We had an ocean view with a sliding door to the balcony. The sliding door did not lock. And the balcony was connected to another with just a rail separating them. So someone could go over the rail to your balcony and into your room.
The heat/AC didn't work.
We had a hot tub/sauna in our room. The jets were amazing. Very powerful. But the faucet and handles were at the step to get in and it made it very difficult to get in and out. And I have knee issues which made it worse.

As stated room on the boardwalk. Front row seat of all the action and prime people watching lol. Got the two queen bed with jacuzzi tub and balcony. Room has microwave, small sink no stove. No gym no pool, no continental brewkfast. Had a great time. There was two ice cream sandwiches in the mini freezer that was there when we checked. We did clean the jacuzzi before we used it.

12:00 noon I walked in and was greeted by a big smile and hello from Britney said my room wasn't ready yet but she will call me when it was- she called me and we went and checked in Once Again Britney was awesome,,-well my key didn't work I think it was demagnetized by my phone anyway went back down was greeted by Britney and the general manager Don who recoded my keys in about 1 minute and insisted he follow me up to make sure they work and they did
At midnight I pressed remote and the TV went blank I tried everything to get it back working so cat good night Clerk said she's coming up of course it came on one click for her 5 minutes later it went out again she came back up and we figured out the problem
that's some serious customer service
I didn't catch the maid name but she was super sweet efficient and fast did a super job
I used to fly to 20 different cities I stayed in all kinds of hotels when I say this is a great Hotel and run by excellent people I know what I'm talking about
This is my way of thanking them for such an excellent job and made my birthday trip memorable thanks a lot I really appreciate it thumbs up five stars and I will be back this summer
