Would give zero stars if it was possible. Booked a room for the holiday weekend here. My family and I arrived a little early for our check in to be told they cancelled my reservation and they had no rooms. That my card “declined” and they tried to process it many times. I checked and my card was charged 4 times for $400 then the fifth time it was declined. Then my room was cancelled the woman told me it’s not her problem and she can’t do anything about it. I spend thousands of dollars a year for IHG hotels for work. Along with others that travel with me. I can promise no IHG hotels will ever get my business again.

All I have to say is keep up the great work!! The hotel and room was very clean, the entry area was warm, inviting and clean. Most of all I cannot say enough about the staff. They went out of their way to make you feel at home, thank you so much!

The room was nice, clean. The staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was disappointing. Decaf coffee was ice cold. When I told them they immediately brewed a new batch.

The fresh fruit was not fresh. The oranges were dark and discolored. The bananas were over ripe. Very unappetizing.

As you can see in the photo the oranges are old and turning dark.
