It all started with one 23-unit building which has burgeoned over the years into the landmark property that stands today. We are now a second-generation business, boasting two ocean view buildings, 112 units, and an indoor and outdoor pool. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with affordable room rates and units replete with amenities. We have many types of units to choose from; each designed to suit any family’s needs, including rooms, efficiencies, kitchenettes, and suites. And our ideal downtown location on 31st Street positions our guests within walking distance from Ocean City’s terrific attractions: the beach, the Boardwalk, restaurants, amusement parks, shopping, and entertainment.

We booked this motel for its convenient location near Oceans Calling, but unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the price. The floors stayed wet the entire time, and despite requesting towels and cleaning, no one ever showed up. I’m pretty easy going and low maintence with hotel rooms which is why we didn’t complain. While the front desk staff was friendly, the rooms are in serious need of repair. After the first night, I developed a rash that only got worse, and I’m pretty sure the mattresses had mold since everything, even our clothes, felt damp from being in the room. There was also a constant howling noise coming from a nearby room, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, a disappointing stay.

This is my second summer staying here and over all, I am very happy with my experiences. The location of the property is a minute walk to the beach, view of the ocean is perfect, there is free reserved parking on site, the staff maintains a small coffee bar in the office for guests, there are a number of places for food or entertainment within walking/ short driving distance and having an indoor and outdoor pool is cool. The staff has always been nothing but polite, respectful, and helpful when needed. I have never had any issues and I plan on staying here again next year as well. We loved our stay and would stay again. The staff was not friendly at check in, check out, or when we got coffee in the morning. The outdoor pool was great. The view was awesome. We loved the balcony. We hung out there much of our vacation. The cleaning staff that cleaned our room was great!!! Very happy overall. Negatives were the toilet was loose as well as the toilet seat, there was a patch on the door that needed to be smoothed out and painted. The balcony door had broken parts (but still worked), and the couch had been removed and nothing put in its place. Also, no coffee maker in the room is inconvenient, as we like to have coffee in our pajamas in our room.
