This was the worst experience for 3 days. When we arrived the room was ice cold! It took 6 or 7 hours to thaw out! None of our lights were working so they sent a maintenance guy up to run extension cord to get our lights on.
They did offer to move the room. We already had everything unpacked.. Then we were trying to sleep and there was this thumping noise over our heads at 600 in the morning. It was coming from the fitness room tread mill. They eouldnt tell them to stop. I had to ask them myself. Even though quiet times wete 10pm - 8Am. Contant noise from the fitness center in our room 728. The heater had no thermostat. It blew hot air out the whole time nonstop. The rooms next door played the tv constantly all night very loud. The front desk manager would not come up to our room to hear all the noise from the treadmill. Again, I asked for a comp for the room and she refused. They wanted to move our room but not move our belongings. I think we should of been compensated. I like the hotel overall. We had a great New Years Eve night at their party. And it is very clean. The managers and front desk does not want to help. And then the last night our door card

HORRIBLE!!!!!Booked hotel and just before I got there i received a call for a medical emergency. The older gentleman at the counter wearing a shorts was extremely rude after a few minutes. And not even apologetic about my situation. Sometimes things happen and in the loop customer service it's better just to cancel to stand above the other hotels that surround them then sit there and keep my two days of hotel money of $139. I stay in a lot of hotels and I know things come up and never experienced this before. The craziest thing about it is that this place is extremely close to my summer home which is closed currently. But because of the size of my summer home all our guests stay here at this hotel since it's so close. And there's a rooftop restaurant here it is absolutely amazing. But there's no way that I will ever recommend my guests to stay here to the tune of about 30 nights of stay and we're definitely not going to come to the restaurant just because of residual damage. I miss the old Fenwick they were a lot nicer before the remodel

Stay Over Memorial Day Weekend (May 24–26, 2025)
I recently spent the Memorial Day weekend at this hotel, and overall, it left a favorable impression. Here's a breakdown of how things went:
1. Room Quality
The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable—a real highlight of my stay. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It was exactly what you want after a long travel day.
2. Location & Convenience
The hotel’s location was ideal—extremely convenient with access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to explore the area or run quick errands, everything was within easy reach.
3. Pool Experience
The indoor pool was inviting—but the pool water had too much chlorine. Just being in the area made my eyes sting, which detracted from the relaxing vibe I was hoping for.
4. Complimentary Breakfast
I appreciated the free breakfast—it was tasty and a solid way to start the morning. That said, I did feel there could have been a slightly wider variety of options to choose from, especially during a busy holiday weekend.
5. Staffing During the Holiday Rush
During the busy holiday weekend, the hotel appeared to be understaffed—there was only one person manning the front desk. It led to longer wait times at check-in/check-out and occasionally felt like things were stretched thin.
Would I Stay Again?
Yes. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the comfortable rooms, perfect location, and enjoyable breakfast made this a stay worth repeating—especially if the pool chlorine level is adjusted and staffing is improved during busy weekends.
