I've never rented with Coastal Resort Rentals before, but thought I would give an alternative to Airbnb a try. I rented a new 6 bedroom house in OC, trip has not happened yet, but I had several questions regarding the rental. I've been trying to contact them for a full week now! I've called a dozen times, left voice messages, written emails and no response. I've even tried going through Airbnb to get in touch with someone and no response. I have a couple days until the reservation start and am hoping the quality of the customer service picks up. Unless things change drastically, I doubt I will rent with them again.

Unlike many reviews on here.
my family of 5 stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our condo was great, staff was very professional and greeted us with smiles. What it comes down to is when you go somewhere to stay if your polite, follow the rules and don’t act loud and obnoxious there is no reason for the staff to treat you anything but kindly. Many of the previous reviews I read were only one side of the story. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Rental was clean and comfortable. Perfect location. The coastal resort staff was responsive to our questions and concerns. We would definitely use Coastal Resorts Realty in the future. Thank you!
