We stayed at Tradewinds Condo on 139th Street (Unit 404) and the condo was absolutely beautiful!! We were a stones throw from the beach. Evenings on the balcony watching the ocean was my favorite! The AC worked amazingly well, and the entire unit was so clean and truly felt like home! My kids had a blast and nobody had to share beds! The 7-11 was literally across the street, and the beach/roads weren't as busy as we were further north. We can't wait to go back again!!

Currently having a terrible experience with unit 604 at rainbow.
Day 1 - we do not have a functional bed in our third bedroom. The mattress is paper thin and the box spring is made out of cardboard and is totally broken. Our guest mate went to lie in it and immediately sunk to the floor. She had to sleep on an air mattress on the floor. Kitchen is not stocked so we will have to go out and buy pots and pans to cook. Light fixtures aren’t working and the place was filthy when we checked in. Electric stove also smokes when operating. Just got off the phone with their office and told us they can see what they can do about the mattress (perhaps a mattress pad - lol), but not sure they could replace the mattress and box spring during our stay. Also said they couldn’t refund some of our money. Currently weighing our legal options and how we can dispute our charges through our bank unless coastal can make it right and pull some magic.
The description of the room online is totally false and misleading. We are documenting everything. Been coming to this building for over 30 years and never experienced anything like this before. Will be our last time using this rental company.
Day 2 Morning Update - We received a call from the maintenance team who were very understanding and empathetic towards our situation. They sent someone over within an hour who was able to fix some of the smaller issues and also wrote down the kitchen supplies that are missing and should be here like pots and pans. Nick was his name and he was great. Also agreed the bed was beyond repair and needed a new box spring. He explained they would try to get one today and if not he would personally come back with wood and do what he could to make it work until a new box spring came. He was great.
Day 2 afternoon update - Nick and maintenance team stopped by with new boxspring, kitchen supplies, as well as fixed the stove. Things look promising
Day 2 evening update- we ran the washing machine and noticed how water is leaking out the bottom. Called emergency maintenance and went downstairs to let the building operator know what was happening. The rental company is supposed to be sending someone over asap. More to come. lol.
