Coastal Palms Beach Hotel

There’s no wi-fi it sucks. The location and the fact that the crab house is downstairs is the only plus I am not sure what was going on, but housekeeping will not come even after you would call them. You would have to go to the front desk and grab items. The breakfast is literally muffins and bagels, and they were kind of stale and cold as if they just came out of the freezer. Another thing I didn’t notice the bathroom was all rusted and I told the person at the front desk that you know I was unhappy with the bathroom like I didn’t even want to take a shower in there and they said that they were gonna see what they were gonna do, but no one would ever get back to us. They said they were gonna switch our rooms but next time you go downstairs there’s a different person at the front desk I guess my main complaint would be. I wish that they would follow up more with things. They said they would. They should’ve changed our room or did something to make the situation better. There was literally mold all over the bathroom and then the phone in the room didn’t work so you couldn’t really call directly you had to go all the way downstairs just to speak to someone in the office….omg and the dingy old couch they seriously need an upgrade

Our hotel room was straight up dirty. There was a sandy used towel in our bathroom when we checked in, and the pull out couch had for sure not been cleaned. We opened it up and found candy wrappers and chip crumbs all over the mattress. We ended up having to leave due to thousands of kids surrounding the area, drinking on the balconies, and we were not given a refund. We thought this place would be nice but the cars and staircases up to the rooms are completely open to the public. This place is dirty, unsafe, and you should not stay here unless you like scam hotels.

Please stay anywhere but here. Horrible horrible service, when we got to our room it was so musty and disgusting in there. The toilet was dirty, sheets had so many stains and it was so dusty. We complained, the worker that brought in new sheets said they were understaffed and the new sheets also had stains. After complaining to the manager nothing came out of it. We booked for 2 night and stayed in the hotel for a total of 1 hour probably, they didn’t give us any refund or change the room. Horrendous.
